One of the tools I use in my practice is something called a ‘Tool Box’.

It’s literally a suitcase full of tools and techniques we’ve covered during our work together, normally on Anxiety (I help with a variety of other issues as well, please visit more information).

Clients are often amazed and surprised when they’re given their tool box, containing at least 18 new, useful tools that we’ve covered during typical therapy process of 6 sessions or Anxiety Program.

I start putting it together from the very first session and bring it out after about a session 4. We then go over each tool and talk about its usefulness in client’s life. We look at what needs more resources and where we need to make more changes.

I love what I do…making profound changes in mental health is my mission. My work is just starting.
