‘I haven’t had that much Anxiety this week’, said Ellen, eyes down on her homework she worked so hard on. She was trying to locate an Anxiety event in the past week. But she didn’t find any. After suffering from severe Anxiety for most of her life, she seemed bewildered it could ever be possible. I just smiled from my therapist chair.
‘It seems to be going,’ said John, deep in thought. ‘I don’t know why.’
John suffers from Anxiety and Depression, but we concentrate on Anxiety first because the physical symptoms of it are so severe.
‘You don’t know why?’ I echoed. ‘Isn’t it down to all the hard work we’ve been doing?’
