This Anxiety Transformation Program is aimed at clients with light anxiety. It delivers lasting ‘Anxiety Control & Management’ Results to stop anxiety spiralling out of control. Delivery over 9 days.


Your enquiry starts with Complimentary, In-Depth consultation over the phone during which we will discuss your anxiety needs in detail. How and where/ when anxiety affects you, how long it had been going on for, what areas of your life are affected and so on. Think about the impact of anxiety on your life- what would be different if you could manage and control it? Where would you be as a person? What would you do differently or as a result of resolved anxiety issues? Are there any other issues associated with it (depression, lack of confidence & self-esteem)?

Once we gather information, we will start tailoring your program specifically around affected areas. All programs begin with Intensive Transformation Days (2-3 days, sometimes more). These are then followed by 1 or 2 weeks of daily phone/ email/ Skype sessions (face-to-face sessions can be arranged). Session delivery is in a structured, dynamic format, using a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Coaching.

The program delivery depends on individual client’s needs. Normally, Intensive Transformation Part of your program (2-3 days) will be carried out in my London practice.
